Provider Network Statement

Certified Utilities is a provider network and utility services platform. We do not own or operate electric, gas, water, sewer, transmission, or distribution infrastructure. Availability of plans, suppliers, rates, programs, and backup power options varies by location, provider, customer eligibility, and utility territory.

Broker / Provider Disclosure

Certified Energy LLC acts as a licensed electricity broker and arranges commercial natural gas supply through relationships with independent Retail Electric Providers (REPs) and natural gas marketers. Certified Utilities is not the provider of last resort and does not supply electricity or natural gas directly. Compensation may be received from providers for enrolled customers; this compensation does not increase the customer's rate above the offer presented.

PUCT Registration

Certified Energy LLC is registered with the Public Utility Commission of Texas as an electricity broker, BR250082. Electricity services are provided through relationships with Retail Electric Providers (REPs) licensed to operate in the relevant Texas territories.

Backup Power Installation Disclosure

Certified Utilities markets, sells, and finances backup power solutions. All electrical installation work is performed by independently licensed electrical contractors. Installer credentials, warranties, and permitting responsibilities are provided at time of contract. Battery credit, backup runtime, and generator sizing depend on the site's electrical load, utility interconnection, credit approval, and applicable local codes. Any dollar credits shown (e.g., "$2,000–$10,000/year battery credit *With Approval") are subject to program approval and are not guaranteed.

Water Program Disclosure

Water submetering, tenant billing, leak monitoring, and conservation programs are property services delivered in coordination with licensed submetering firms and municipal water providers, and in compliance with applicable state and local requirements. Certified Utilities does not own or operate potable water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure. Program eligibility depends on property type, existing plumbing, and jurisdictional rules.
